After considering the control measures, the fourth step of the risk assessment process involves recording the results of the risk assessment.

The risk assessment findings should be written down. For organisations with fewer than five employees, it’s not compulsory to keep a written record but it’s considered good practice and helps to ensure that the risks are controlled.

  • The hazards associated with the work at height activities.
  • The people who may be affected by those hazards.
  • The control measures to control the risk to those affected.
  • The actions required to complete the control measures.
